The MIMIT Cloud & Cybersecurity Voucher gives businesses a grant covering 50% of eligible costs, up to €20,000, for cloud and cybersecurity services. Applications open on 10 November 2026 at 12:00 (Italian time): it is a click day, and since applications are assessed in order of submission, arrival order can matter. The good news is that almost everything can be done beforehand: filling in the application on the Invitalia portal has been open since 20 October, so on the morning of 10 November all that may be left is to press “Submit”. Here is how to be ready, step by step.

1. Check the basic requirements
Businesses registered in the Italian Companies Register and in full possession of their rights can apply. You also need a connectivity contract with at least 30 Mbps download and, if the company falls under the legal obligation, catastrophe insurance cover (see step 5).
2. Gather your company data, no accountant needed
From the entrepreneur’s Cassetto Digitale (impresa.italia.it), logging in with SPID or CIE, download the ordinary company register extract (visura) and the 2025 financial statements, the latest filed. These two files give you the figures the portal asks for: employees from the extract, turnover from “Total value of production” in the income statement, and balance sheet total from “Total assets”. Keep your ATECO code, PEC address and SDI recipient code at hand too.

3. Choose the services and ask a listed supplier for an offer
The expense plan can only include services found in the list of eligible suppliers: an item not on the list makes the expense ineligible. There are five categories: cybersecurity hardware, cybersecurity software, IaaS and PaaS cloud services, SaaS cloud services, and professional services, the latter up to 30% of the plan. FinGreenTech is on the list under identifier VCCFA2600001258 and is accredited for all five macro-types, so a single supplier can cover the whole plan. We propose a 24-month subscription, but the Measure does not rule out other purchase formulas: if you prefer a different one, let’s talk.
4. Fill in the application on the portal
After the company details, where you choose your size (micro, small or medium) under EU criteria, comes the investment plan. It has three fields: the starting position, meaning today’s technology setup; the plan’s objectives, meaning the improvements you will achieve; and the duration, 24 months. The first two are free-text fields of up to 5,000 characters and are the ones that take the most time: in FinGreenTech’s offers you will find them already written and tailored to your company, ready to copy. Then you enter the investment location, select the supplier and add one expense line for each service code in the offer, with its taxable amount. Finally, accept all the substitutive declarations required by the Ministerial Decree of 18 July 2025.
5. Mind the catastrophe insurance
If the company has no catastrophe policy and falls under the legal obligation, you can take out an affordable one, including through online insurance services, so you can make the declaration. Check the dates stated in the declaration itself.
6. Sign and pre-upload the three documents
When you finish filling in, the portal generates the application form as a PDF. Three documents must be digitally signed in .p7m format by the legal representative: the application form, the supplier’s offer and the substitutive declaration on the catastrophe policy. You can sign and upload them in the days before 10 November. One warning: if you use “Edit data” after uploading, the attachments already uploaded are lost and must be uploaded again, so make all corrections first.

7. On 10 November
Log in to the portal, check that the three attachments are in place and press “Submit”. At the end the system issues a submission receipt. Before the morning, check that your digital signature works, your connection is stable and your PEC is active.
