The SME Digitalization Voucher 2026 from the Lazio Region is official: the public notice was published on 24 September 2026 in the Official Bulletin of the Lazio Region, with all operational details. What the voucher offers
The grant is non-repayable (De Minimis regime) and funds digitalization projects. The maximum amount depends on company size:
- Micro enterprise: up to €50,000
- Small enterprise: up to €100,000
- Medium enterprise: up to €150,000
Eligible interventions include the Digital Diagnosis, the Digital Workplace, Digital Commerce & Engagement, cloud migration (Virtual Machines: application server, database server, web server, backup) and Cyber Security. Projects with a grant below €14,000 or consisting of the Digital Diagnosis alone are not eligible.
Timing and how to apply
Applications are submitted online through Lazio Innova’s GeCoWEB Plus platform, from 12:00 on 30 September to 17:00 on 29 October 2026. Note: it is not a click-day. Applications are ranked by score (from highest to lowest) and funded until resources are exhausted. What matters is how high and how well-built your score is.
How the score is calculated
The score is out of 100 points, the sum of six criteria:
- Value added per employee — max 35 points
- Number of employees — max 20 points
- Project articulation (number of interventions) — max 15 points
- Gender equality certification — 10 points
- Youth enterprise — 10 points
- Environmental sustainability certification — 10 points

You’ll need: VE50 and VF25 from the 2026 VAT return (tax year 2025), the number of employees from the July 2026 INPS contribution statement (your labour consultant provides it) and the project features — how many interventions, company size and any certifications.
