What is the Cybersecurity Voucher?
The Cloud & Cybersecurity Voucher — governed by the MIMIT Ministerial Decree of July 18, 2025 — is a non-repayable grant that supports SMEs and self-employed workers in adopting advanced cloud computing and cybersecurity solutions, promoting digital transition across Italy.

Maximum grant
Up to €20,000€ in non-repayable grants per beneficiary, equal to 50% of eligible expenditure.
50%
Aid intensity
The grant covers 50% of eligible expenses. The minimum project expenditure is €4,000. De minimis scheme.
2 instalments
Payment method
Max 2 instalments: the first at 50% of expenditure, the second as the balance. Single lump-sum payment also possible.

Financial allocation
Funding from the Development and Cohesion Fund (FSC) 2014-2020. First-come, first-served procedure: chronological priority.
Who can apply
The voucher is open to all entities operating throughout the national territory.

Micro Enterprises
Up to 10 employees and €2M in turnover

Small Enterprises
Up to 50 employees and €10M in turnover

Middle Enterprises
Up to 250 employees and €50M in turnover

Self-Employed Workers
Professionals with or without a professional register
Mandatory requirements

Registration in the companies register
Or holding an active VAT number for professionals, with active business status

Minimum 30Mbps connectivity
Internet connection contract with a minimum download speed of 30Mbps at the time of application

Catastrophe insurance coverage (2025 new requirement)
Mandatory insurance against damage from natural disasters and catastrophic events (Law 213/2023)

Non-membership of excluded sectors
The applicant must not fall within the categories excluded from the de minimis scheme.

SPECIALIST SERVICES
→ Configuration system
→ Monitoring and support ongoing
→ Professional service (max 30% of the plan)
PURCHASING METHOD
→ Direct purchase: plan within 12 months
→ Subscription: minimum duration 24 months
